The role
You will handle construction disputes and remediation matters under supervision. You will advise on payment, extensions of time and defects, draft witness statements and expert instructions, file in the TCC, work directly with clients and help with seminars and articles.
What you will need
1 to 2 years PQE in contentious construction and a 2:1 degree. Knowledge of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, adjudication experience, and an understanding of the Defective Premises Act 1972 and Building Safety Act 2022 are needed.
