The role
You will work alongside a team leader and a paralegal to move residential files forward.
- Deal with sale enquiries and client contact
- Review mortgage offers and searches
- Check title and raise enquiries
- Draft reports to clients
- Handle completion paperwork, SDLT returns and Help to Buy documents
What you will need
- Experience of running your own conveyancing caseload
- Confidence across a wide range of residential matters
- An organised, proactive approach
- Happy working closely in a team
