The role
You will join a team that handles a high volume of real estate transactions from exchange through to completion and registration. You will manage workflow trackers and deadlines, submit priority searches, prepare SDLT returns and Land Registry applications, update clients and keep files compliant.
What you will need
A 2:1 degree, 18+ months experience in a similar role, strong drafting and very good Word, Excel and Outlook skills. Experience with housing associations helps but is not essential.
