The role
You will support the building surveying team with inspections and advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of buildings. Work includes acquisition surveys, condition reports, measured surveys and defect investigations, plus preparing reports, schedules of work and specifications. You will help design and oversee works under standard building contracts, applying health and safety, party wall, building regulations and planning rules.
What you will need
A BSc or MSc and some experience in a surveying, engineering, architectural or planning practice. Working knowledge of CDM 2015, party wall and building regulations, awareness of current technical guidance, and the ability to work to deadlines.
