The role
You will support conveyancers on purchase transactions from start to finish.
Work includes progressing files, handling client and third party queries, keeping task reports and the case management system up to date, drafting non standard letters, and general admin such as filing and post.
What you will need
Knowledge of the conveyancing process, including post completion.
Good written, spoken and number skills.
Accurate and detail minded.
Good with Word, Excel and online systems, and able to prioritise.
