The role
You will join a specialist enfranchisement team acting for large estate landlords, investors, developers and leaseholders. You will run statutory lease extension and collective enfranchisement claims for both landlords and tenants, negotiate settlements, prepare client reports, build client relationships and help with marketing.
What you will need
5 years relevant PQE or more.
Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold enfranchisement (essential).
Commercial awareness and good technical and communication skills.
Able to manage deadlines and a busy caseload.
