A national full service law firm with offices across the UK, acting for a wide mix of businesses, lenders, developers and public sector clients.
The role
You will act for housebuilder clients on land acquisitions, option agreements and promotion agreements. You will also work on brownfield regeneration, including joint ventures with registered providers and public bodies, and large disposals of affordable housing to registered providers and bulk sales to PRS and build to rent investors. You will supervise junior solicitors and trainees and help run client training and business development events.
What you will need
Around six years PQE, though four years plus will be considered. Residential development experience is preferred, but a strong commercial property background is also welcome. Commercial awareness, close attention to detail and a confident, self motivated approach.
