The role
You will advise on commercial and technology contracts for both customers and suppliers.
- Outsourcing, supply chain and IT contracts
- Contracts for new technology, including AI systems
- Client management and business development such as seminars and training
- Coach and mentor junior team members and help grow the team
What you will need
- Qualified solicitor with around 5 to 9 years PQE
- Experience of both strategic commercial contracts and technology work
- Strong drafting and research skills
- Experience of supervising others
