The firm

A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.

The role

You will join the governance and compliance team and help run the firm's financial crime programme.

  • Track regulatory change and help update policies
  • Give practical advice on sanctions, bribery, fraud, AML and tax evasion
  • Carry out risk assessments and review client engagements
  • Build training and support audits and investigations

What you will need

  • Risk, compliance or financial crime experience, ideally in a law firm, bank or professional services
  • Good knowledge of sanctions, AML and anti bribery rules
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • A law degree is useful but not essential
