The role
You will support the full eBilling process for the firm's clients.
- Submit invoices through client platforms such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink
- Keep client and matter data accurate on those systems
- Track and fix rejected invoices
- Manage the eBilling mailboxes and client queries
- Train and support billing teams in the UK and overseas
What you will need
- Legal billing experience (essential)
- Good knowledge of eBilling platforms
- Understanding of client billing guidelines
- Good relationship skills with finance, IT and fee earners
