A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.
The role
You will join the pitch team and help the firm win new work, while studying for a Level 3 Bid and Proposal Coordinator apprenticeship with one day a week set aside for study.
- Look after the team inbox and pass new opportunities to the right people
- Watch tender portals for new opportunities
- Help pull together pitch documents, tenders and questionnaires
- Keep the content library up to date and organise meetings
What you will need
- At least 3 A levels
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Good organisation and the ability to juggle deadlines
- Confident using Word and Excel
