The role
You will advise employers and trustees on a broad range of pensions work.
- Draft and review scheme documents, advice and client communications
- Support the pensions side of corporate deals, restructurings and employment matters
- Advise on scheme governance, administration and regulatory compliance
- Work with other teams across the firm and help with client development
What you will need
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, NQ to around 3 PQE
- A real interest in pensions law
- Pensions experience is useful but not essential
- Good analytical skills and a practical, commercial approach
