The role
You will lead the trainee solicitor programme from recruitment to qualification. That includes recruitment, onboarding and induction, training contract compliance, seat rotations and appraisals, running the vacation scheme, NQ recruitment, monitoring trainee performance and wellbeing, and working with course providers on SQE sponsorship.
What you will need
A 2:1 degree, CIPD Level 7 (or working towards it) and 3+ years law firm experience. You will need hands on experience of trainee management, a good understanding of training contract and SQE routes, and experience running assessment centres and vacation schemes.
