The role
You will join an HR shared service team supporting staff across the UK and overseas.
- Be the first point of contact for people queries and policy advice
- Coach managers on performance, absence and other employee relations issues
- Support disciplinary and grievance cases
- Manage leavers and right to work checks
- Handle data subject access requests and quality check HR letters
What you will need
- HR advisor, generalist or people operations experience
- Good stakeholder skills
- Close attention to detail
- Confident with HR systems, Word and Excel
