The role
You will join a technology team in the commercial group.
- Advise customers and suppliers on IT, outsourcing and AI contracts
- Advise on tech regulation, especially for financial services and AI
- Support the tech side of corporate deals
- Business development such as seminars and client briefings
- At senior associate level, coach and supervise junior lawyers
What you will need
- 4 to 7 years PQE
- A strong grounding in technology law
- Experience across the full range of IT and outsourcing contracts
- An interest in AI
