The role
This role leads the use of AI across the marketing and business development function. You will turn a roadmap into real, day to day ways of working.
- Run a working group that turns AI ideas into practical workflows
- Build prompt libraries, assistants and simple automations
- Set up playbooks, training and human review of AI output
- Track adoption and report progress to senior leaders
- Support linked change projects such as a CRM rollout
What you will need
- Solid project management experience, turning strategy into plans
- Practical knowledge of AI tools, prompting and workflow automation
- Change management and training experience
- Good stakeholder skills across different teams
- AI or project management certifications would help
