Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hedge End with flexibility for some remote work. As an Employee Relations Coordinator, you will support and foster positive relationships between management and employees. Responsibilities include managing employee relations issues, providing guidance on HR policies, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and addressing workplace concerns. You will act as a point of contact for employees and management, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues to maintain a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Employee Engagement and Employee Relations practices
- Customer service skills and a proactive approach to addressing concerns
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment law is a plus
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field preferred
