We’re looking for a Senior Housing Support Coordinator to lead and deliver high-quality, trauma-informed housing support across our Young People’s Services.
You’ll be part of a values-driven organisation committed to fairness, inclusion, and collaboration.
Hollinbank is a vibrant and dynamic supported housing service offering 24/7 accommodation and support to young people aged 16–25.
The service provides a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where young residents can build independence, access tailored support, and work towards positive outcomes.
Hollinbank operates with a trauma-informed approach and is committed to co-production, ensuring the voices of young people shape the service they receive.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across allocated supported housing sites, working in partnership with a newly appointed Senior Housing Support Coordinator who is based at a sister site (Swan Lane).
- Provide direct housing support and management to residents.
- Supervise and support a small team of Night Support Workers, Housing Support Coordinators, Coaches, and an Assistant.
- Coordinate support plans and ensure service standards are met.
- Manage referrals, risk assessments, and allocations.
- Promote co-production and amplify the voice of young people.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and housing regulations.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in supported housing or accommodation-based services.
- An effective decision maker, who is able to think creatively.
- Knowledge of best practice in child protection, safeguarding children, vulnerable adults, data protection and confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexibly across both the Kirklees sites.
- A values-led approach: putting people first, listening and learning, collaborating creatively, and earning trust through actions.
