Are you an experienced housing professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer services and leading high-performing teams?


We're looking for aNeighbourhood Manager - Lettings and Leasehold to lead our lettings and leasehold services and, working alongside the Neighbourhood Manager - Safer Communities, to provide leadership across tenancy management services.


This is an opportunity to influence how services are delivered, shape continuous improvement, and support colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for customers and communities. You'll play a key role in ensuring our homes are let efficiently, our services remain compliant and customer-focused, and our teams are supported to perform at their best.


What you'll be doing:



  • Leading the delivery of lettings, leasehold and tenancy management services, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Providing direct line management to around four Community Housing Officers and the Lettings & Sales Officer, together with matrix management of the wider Community Housing Officer team. This includes setting clear expectations, supporting performance and development, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑quality, customer‑focused services.

  • Overseeing the marketing, allocation and sustainable letting of homes to maximise occupancy and support successful tenancy outcomes.

  • Using performance data, customer insight and feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.

  • Working closely with managers, internal teams, local authorities and partner organisations to deliver effective, joined‑up services.

  • Contributing to policy development, service improvement initiatives and the implementation of sector best practice.


What you'll bring



  • Experience in lettings, leasehold management, tenancy management or a similar housing‑related service.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant housing legislation, regulation and best practice.

  • Experience of leading, supervising, coaching or developing colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

  • A collaborative and solution‑focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive improvements.

  • Good digital skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and housing management systems.
