This includes homes for families, supported housing for older people, student homes, shared ownership homes and homes for affordable and market rent.
As an Electrician you will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional electrical service to residents ensuring all internal and external work sites are adequately protected and maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivery of works such as rewires, remedial works, installations, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
- Delivery of great customer care and service, ensuring any property related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.
- Maintaining high levels of safety and security, in compliance with current policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Must have proven experience of working on residential properties.
- Hold an 18th Edition qualification.
- Hold City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 in Electrical Installation.
- Hold an Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391) qualification.
