We are seeking 4 x Painters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting and decorating, with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Blue NVQ level 2 cscs card
- Previous experience working on commercial or residential painting projects
- Ability to understand detailed project specifications and follow technical instructions
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to painting works
- Reliable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring all work adheres to quality standards and client specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the project
- Communicating effectively with site managers and other team members about progress and any issues
