Connect Grp UK Ltd are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established interior partitioning and fit-out specialist based in Central London. This is a long‑term contract role until March 2026, offering a competitive day rate and opportunities for overtime. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in site supervision within interior fit‑out projects, particularly in drylining and partitioning. Key Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card and SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Practical experience in interior partitioning, drylining, or fit‑out projects
  • Strong knowledge of partitioning systems such as stud walls and glass partitioning
  • Experience in site management, supervising teams, and maintaining quality standards
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality assurance process, including snag reports, glass surveying, and collecting BRE evidence
  • Monitor progress on‑site, assess room readiness, and ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Manage and supervise installation teams and labourers, addressing any performance issues
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Conduct site inspections, compile documentation, and attend design and build meetings (DABs) for project updates
