Connect Grp UK Ltd is currently looking for 2-3 shuttering carpenters in Mitcham Surrey.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter on construction or demolition sites.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
  • Valid CSCS card and relevant health & safety certifications.
  • Working at height / harness training & IPAF.
  • Own tools and PPE required for the role.
  • Availability to work on-site in Surrey for the duration of 2-3 months.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Construct and install formwork and shuttering systems in accordance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with site team to ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and positioning of shuttering components.
  • Follow engineering drawings and technical instructions diligently.
  • Assist in the safe stripping and dismantling of formwork after concrete has set.
