Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with a mechanical background, specifically in plant rooms or mechanical installations.
- Strong knowledge of plant room equipment, associated M&E systems, and safety regulations.
- Experience working with contractors and managing subcontractors on-site.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise team members.
- Ability to read drawings and raise technical issues with project management team.
- Availability to commit to a 7-month contract with a competitive daily rate of up to £300.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of plant rooms and mechanical systems on site.
