Lifting Supervisor

Connect Grp UK Ltd is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our client, a reputable demolition company based in Bristol. They are currently seeking a Lifting Supervisor to join their team for a 6-month project. This role offers competitive pay at GBP26 per hour. If you have experience in crane and lift supervision, particularly in the demolition industry, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Crane / Lift Supervisor in the demolition sector.
  • Relevant certification and qualifications for lifting operations.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to lifting and demolition.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all lifting operations to ensure they are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement lift plans in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments prior to lifting operations.
  • Coordinate between various teams to ensure seamless execution of demolition activities.
