This long-term contract role offers the chance to work on a high-profile site near High Street Kensington, delivering luxury residential and commercial projects with precision and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on projects valued at £1 million or more
- SMSTS Certification
- ECS Manager’s Card
- First Aid at Work certification
- Extensive background in prime residential or high-end residential electrical installations and familiarity with first fix, second fix, fire alarm, and security systems
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all electrical installation works across the prime residential estate, including first fix, second fix, fire alarm, and security systems
- Ensure project delivery aligns with program milestones, budget (£2 million), and quality standards required in luxury residential environments
- Supervise site-based electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and technical standards
