The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced HVAC Engineers to join our client’s growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified engineers looking to work with a reputable FM provider on high‑profile client sites, with a strong package and genuine career development opportunities. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring all temperature control and ventilation systems operate efficiently and safely across our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing HVAC components including pipework, ductwork, and control panels
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems
- Reactive maintenance, inspections, fault finding, and diagnostics
- Maintaining accurate records including daily worksheets, materials used, and site photos
- Building positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices are followed
- Participating in out‑of‑hours on‑call service (1 in 4 weeks rota)
Essential Requirements
- F–Gas (mandatory)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent (Level 3 preferred)
- CSCS Card or equivalent
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
- Basic IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Positive, 'can‑do' attitude with strong customer service focus
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience in facilities management or building services
- First Aid certificate
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- IPAF – Mobile Vertical (3a) + (3b) Mobile Boom
- PASMA – Mobile Access Tower for Users
