Product Designer (UX/UI Designer) Location: Gloucestershire (hybrid working available) Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Working Pattern: Full-time, Hybrid Working, 3 days per week in the office Are you a creative and user-focused Product Designer seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? * This role is based in a location without public transport access; therefore, a full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. About the Role As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user-centred digital solutions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and effective designs for web and mobile applications. Your Responsibilities: * User Research: Plan and execute user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather actionable insights that inform design decisions. * Product Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align designs with user needs and business goals. * Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across digital products. * Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring concepts to life. * Mentorship: Guide junior designers as the team grows, sharing expertise and fostering development.
