We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Manufacturing Manager who thrives on solving problems, leading people, and making things better — every single day. This is more than a “keep things ticking over” role. You’ll be at the heart of production, driving performance across CNC machining, process planning, tooling, and team development. We want someone who can lead from the front, roll up their sleeves, and bring continuous improvement to life on the shop floor.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a skilled team of machinists, programmers, and operators
