About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Projects Administrator to join the Category Management team. This role will focus on supporting procurement projects, managing supplier and product data, tracking savings, and ensuring pricing and compliance information is accurate across systems. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to help drive efficiencies and support sourcing activities across multiple projects.

What you will do:

  • Manage project administration and maintain trackers to monitor progress.
  • Support supplier relationships and assist with supplier meetings and reviews.
  • Track rebates, savings, and project costs across multiple initiatives.
  • Manage price files, investigate discrepancies, and support pricing analysis.
  • Suggest product alternatives including specification and price comparison.
  • Support tender sourcing by collating and organising supplier information.
  • Set up new suppliers and manage supplier data within internal systems.
  • Maintain product information and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
  • Track compliance documentation and support audit/ESG processes.
  • Assist with project product set‑ups and system updates.
  • Work with internal teams to support sourcing and category projects.
  • Produce reports and updates using Excel and internal tracking tools.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or commercial administration.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and multiple systems.
  • Experience liaising with suppliers or internal stakeholders.
  • Good Excel skills (sorting, filtering, lookups, reporting).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting procurement or category management teams.
  • Exposure to price files, product data, or supplier information systems.
  • Experience tracking projects or savings initiatives.
  • Supply chain, purchasing, or commercial background.
