I’m working with top events client in the heart of London who craft flawless, high-stakes experiences in London’s most iconic and prestigious locations. From historic landmarks to cutting-edge corporate spaces, their portfolio represents the pinnacle of live and hybrid event production.

As an AV Technical Events Manager, you will own the full production lifecycle for their most high-profile clients. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a heavy hitter who can seamlessly pivot from pitching high-end production solutions to a CEO in a boardroom, to standing alongside your tech crew on-site ensuring a flawless delivery. You will be the ultimate bridge between technical execution and elite account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of complex, large-scale production projects from initial brief and technical specification through to on-site delivery and post-event debrief.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for very senior clients, building deep trust and managing high-stakes relationships with diplomacy and confidence.
  • Translate ambitious creative concepts into technically sound, scalable reality across audio, video, lighting, and rigging.
  • Manage substantial project budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure strong profit margins without ever compromising on quality.

Requirements:

  • You have a proven track record of managing full-cycle production projects in major London venues.
  • You have extensive experience managing high-end, demanding clients and accounts.
  • You started as a former Event Technician with a solid understanding of modern AV infrastructure.
  • Due to the nature of high-end live events, you are comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to match event schedules.
