Execute all phases of system installation (first and second fix) to ensure timely completion and adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

Demonstrate advanced proficiency with hand tools for fixing, soldering, crimping, and terminating all necessary hardware and wiring.

Interpret and work accurately from technical documentation, including schematics, site plans, and drawings, meticulously documenting all on-site modifications and changes.

Configure and test AV/Digital Signage systems using a laptop to ensure optimal setup and performance prior to client handover.

Collaborate effectively with Senior Engineers and Project Managers, following instructions while also using lateral thinking to propose and implement innovative engineering solutions on site.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure smooth project integration and timely delivery.

Provide technical support and essential training to clients on the operation and maintenance of their newly installed systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years' proven experience in the Audio-Visual industry.
  • Solid understanding of the complete AV installation lifecycle, including 1st and 2nd fix stages.
  • Proven ability to accurately interpret and work from technical documentation, including schematics, termination sheets, site plans, and elevation drawings.
  • Holding a CTS qualification (advantageous).
  • Experience with commercial control systems such as Crestron, Extron, or QSC.
  • Familiarity with various video wall configurations and brands (e.g., Absen, Samsung, NEC).
  • Knowledge of and experience with video conferencing systems and associated technologies.
