Are you a driven and experienced Lead Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of innovative digital solutions? We are seeking a talented individual to lead the development team and drive the creation of high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications for key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust technical infrastructure for our core platform, encompassing hosting environments, seamless deployment pipelines, and ensuring system scalability to meet future demands.
  • Champion and enforce adherence to all relevant security and data protection standards, including GDPR, proactively addressing any technical compliance requirements.
  • Identify and strategically address knowledge gaps within the development team, developing targeted training plans or recommending external resources to elevate overall capabilities.
  • Take a lead role in recruitment efforts for new development talent, clearly defining role requirements and providing expert advice on hiring decisions.
  • Establish and rigorously enforce best practices for coding standards, version control (e.g., Git), comprehensive testing methodologies, and thorough documentation to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
