We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a market-leading precision engineering company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Miller to work with state-of-the-art machinery in a modern, clean, and supportive manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Set and operate CNC milling machines (3, 4, or 5-axis) to produce high-precision components.
- Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
- Load and inspect tooling, set machine parameters, and monitor production cycles.
- Perform in-process inspection using micrometres, verniers, gauges, and CMM (where applicable).
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and support TPM schedules.
- Work closely with supervisors, programmers, and quality engineers to resolve production issues.
Salary & Benefits:
- £14.90ph - £16.50ph (DOE)
- Day shifts Monday – Friday
- Overtime 1.5x
- 3% contributory workplace pension
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
