We are currently looking for a skilled Property Solicitor to become part of our dedicated and long-standing Conveyancing team based in Portsmouth.

Details:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Salary £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a varied caseload of property transactions, including both Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and other associated matters.
  • Advising clients on all elements of residential conveyancing and property law.
  • Preparing legal documentation such as contracts of sale, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient progress of files.

Requirements:

  • Must be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Strong grasp of residential conveyancing law, with hands-on experience handling various transaction types including Freehold and Leasehold matters, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Comfortable working to set performance targets.
