They’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Audio-Visual Engineer to join their growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installation, maintenance, and ongoing support of sophisticated AV systems.
Job Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain a high-end suite of AV technology, including interactive displays, laser projectors, VC platforms (Teams/Zoom Rooms), and integrated audio systems.
- Lead site surveys to evaluate infrastructure requirements, providing expert recommendations to ensure optimal system performance.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex technical faults, delivering both high-priority on-site repairs and efficient remote support.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during installations, ensuring systems are fully operational and meet the client’s specific needs.
- Partner with internal Sales and Support departments to transition projects smoothly from design to final handover.
- Proven track record in the installation, preventative maintenance, and technical support of commercial AV environments.
- Deep understanding of modern AV ecosystems, including video conferencing (VC), digital signage, projection technology, and networked audio distribution.
- Experience with industry-standard brands such as Crestron, AMX, Biamp, and Yealink is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide high-level customer service and technical guidance to clients.
- AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or an equivalent industry accreditation.
- Experience in programming or advanced configuration of control systems (Crestron, AMX, or Extron).
