The Company: Founded in 2020 by a team of like-minded and experienced telecoms professionals, we have one vision: To Deliver. We have a bold plan for the rapid rollout of multi-gigabit, full-fibre broadband to communities across the UK.
Job Overview: Reporting to the Head of Systems and working with the Development team and stakeholders, you will play a key role in a complete revamp of the CRM system (HubSpot) and crucial integrations. We require an experienced tester to perform thorough end-to-end testing of the platform and all applications, data and operational workflows. This will be critical to supporting implementation timelines, providing reliable and consistent delivery of data and functionality.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse business and technical requirements to define test conditions and scenarios.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute manual and/or automated tests across various stages of the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with acceptance criteria and business objectives.
- Contribute to test strategy and continuous improvement of testing practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile environments).
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to project teams and senior management.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align testing activities with delivery timelines.
- Designing and delivering clear, practical test strategies within an Agile environment.
- Owning defects end-to-end, with clear communication and follow-through.
- Running tests, spotting issues early and digging into edge cases.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in software testing or QA roles.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Experience of writing and executing test cases.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Candidates must be currently resident in the UK, with either UK citizenship or indefinite leave to remain.
- Self-starters, able to demonstrate enthusiasm, tenacity and the ability to prioritise tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
