Connect Fibre is a rapidly expanding and exciting new business offering the very latest ‘Full Fibre’ to homes and businesses across the nation. With broadband speeds of up to 2000 Mbps, new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and costing no more than current internet packages, customer growth is expected to be exponential. Our product sells itself!

The Opportunity:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our values and engaging with communities to generate leads and promote the benefits of Connect Full Fibre. Through door‑to‑door outreach, events, and community initiatives, you’ll raise brand awareness and help grow our customer base. As a Lead Generation Fibre Expert, you will educate and advise customers on features like Wi‑Fi 7, and our amazing broadband deals. Your role is to motivate customers to register their interest and understand the advantages of Full Fibre to the home. You will support our Telesales and Marketing Teams and will be key to the success of Connect Fibre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Door to Door Lead Generation • Conduct door-to-door activity in assigned territories to engage residents.
  • Introduce our fibre broadband services clearly and professionally.
  • Qualify customer interest and capture accurate lead information.
  • Communicating Hot leads to Tele-sales and sales teams.
  • Represent the brand positively at all times.
  • Events & Community Engagement • Host local events, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
  • Set up and manage event stands, signage, and materials.
  • Engage members of the public and explain the benefits of full fibre connectivity.
  • Collect leads and feedback from event attendees.
  • Weekend Working Availability expected.
  • Reporting • Accurately record leads and activity using CRM or mobile apps.
  • Provide daily/weekly activity updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Capture insights from the field (competitor activity, customer feedback, objections).

The Candidate

  • Essential • Confident, friendly, and resilient communicator.
  • Comfortable approaching people face-to-face.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Basic smartphone and app literacy.
  • Desirable • Previous door-to-door, field sales, fundraising, or promotions experience.
  • Experience in telecoms, utilities, or broadband.
  • Knowledge of fibre broadband or connectivity products.
  • Local area knowledge.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Number of quality leads generated.
  • Conversion rate of leads (where applicable).
  • Event engagement metrics.
  • Professional conduct and customer feedback.

This role would also suit someone who has worked as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Consultant and Account Executive.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Wednesday to Sunday.
