We now seek a dynamic, ambitious individual to join our Commercial Sales and Marketing Teams.

The Role

As Commercial Administrator, you will be the operational backbone of our sales function — ensuring our referral schemes, affiliate partnerships, switching processes, and events are managed efficiently and professionally.

You'll work closely with the Head of Sales and the wider commercial team, combining strong administrative skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

This is a varied role that suits someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys juggling multiple workstreams, and takes pride in getting the details right

Role Requirements

One Touch Switching (OTS) & Buyout Scheme

  • Manage the OTS buyout scheme, processing and approving any relevant offer payments for customers switching to Connect Fibre.
  • Check eligibility for each buyout request, ensuring the correct process has been followed before authorising payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all buyout claims and offers and flag any discrepancies or compliance risks.
  • Provide regular reporting on buyout volumes, costs, and scheme performance.

Affiliate Sales Administration

·Process orders generated through affiliate sales channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.

·Book and schedule customer installations arising from affiliate sales, coordinating with the provisioning team to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of affiliate orders and installations and produce regular reports on volumes and fulfilment status.
  • Track event ROI and feed insights back into the sales strategy.

General Sales Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including correspondence and coordination across departments.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to support the Head of Sales and wider commercial team.
  • Carry out light-touch CRM updates as needed, with the primary focus on extracting and presenting data for reporting purposes.
  • Support ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives as the business grows.

Referral Voucher Administration

  • Administer Connect Fibre referral rewards programme, including tracking referrals, validating eligibility, and coordinating reward fulfilment.
  • Monitor scheme performance and provide regular reporting, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in an administrative or commercial support role within telecoms/broadband, utilities, or a fast-paced subscription-based business.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident working with spreadsheets and reporting tools; familiarity with CRM systems (we use Hub Spot) is useful but not essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of processes.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and adapting to changing priorities in a growing business.
  • Experience with referral programmes or affiliate marketing, is desirable but not essential.
