Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Payroll Manager to take full ownership of our payroll cycle. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and has a strong understanding of payroll processes within SMEs. You will be responsible for managing everything from data collation to final approval, working closely with our third-party provider, PayEscape, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full payroll cycle from start to finish
• Collate, implement, check, and approve payroll data
• Liaise with PayEscape to ensure smooth and timely processing
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
• Qualified via CIPP
• Proven experience managing payroll for SMEs
• Experience with PayEscape is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent communication and time management skills
The Rewards
