Job Overview We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Payroll Manager to take full ownership of our payroll cycle. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and has a strong understanding of payroll processes within SMEs. You will be responsible for managing everything from data collation to final approval, working closely with our third‑party provider, PayEscape, to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities Manage the full payroll cycle from start to finish Collate, implement, check, and approve payroll data Liaise with PayEscape to ensure smooth and timely processing Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation Maintain accurate records and documentation Requirements Proven experience managing payroll for SMEs Experience with PayEscape is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Excellent communication and time management skills The Rewards Fully remote working Monthly schedule (approx. 5 days / 37.5 hours) Opportunity to work with a fast‑growing, innovative company How to Apply Please visit www.connectfibre.co.uk for more information.
