The Role
- CRM Management & Maintenance: Oversee daily administration of HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, user permissions, and system configurations.
- Database Optimisation: Maintain clean, up‑to‑date records through deduplication, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Workflow Automation: Develop and manage workflows, sequences, and automation processes to improve efficiency and support lead nurturing.
- Pipeline Management: Configure custom sales pipelines, deal stages, and reporting tools for sales, marketing, and service teams.
- User Support & Training: Provide day‑to‑day user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct onboarding and training sessions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights on marketing, sales, and customer service metrics.
- Integration Management: Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and third‑party tools.
- Lead Management & Segmentation: Create and manage lists, segments, and properties within HubSpot.
- Campaign & Content Management: Support teams by managing campaigns, tracking performance, A/B testing, and analysing content interactions.
- System Updates & Optimisation: Keep up with HubSpot updates, implement new features, and optimise existing ones.
The Candidate
- Experience in HubSpot Administration: 2+ years as a CRM Administrator with strong emphasis on HubSpot.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot’s CRM tools, automation, reporting, workflow building, pipeline management, and integrations. Basic HTML/CSS and API knowledge is a plus.
- Data‑Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑backed decisions. Essential experience in creating custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot.
- Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions quickly, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent detail orientation, especially in managing data accuracy and maintaining CRM hygiene.
- Communication & Training Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience training teams, and creating documentation to support CRM processes.
- Understanding of Sales & Marketing Processes: Knowledge of lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Adaptability: Proactive learner who keeps up with HubSpot’s new features, staying current with industry best practices and CRM technology trends.
