Role: As a “Connector” you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide the UK with faultless broadband at unprecedented speeds.
We have a revolutionary, premium, future-proof product that is fairer, faster, and flawless for our customers.
As we enter our next phase of deployment, we are hiring an experienced FTTP Build Delivery Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of our FTTP Network Builds from Test Rod and Rope through to the Ready for Service Handover, you will also be responsible for managing our team of Fibre Build Leads.
Internally and externally, you will serve as the foremost advocate for Connect Fibre, dedicated to delivering an excellent FTTP Network, thus contributing to the establishment of a fast-growing Alt Net.
Fostering a culture of communication and collaboration among teams is paramount, as you drive both accountability and efficiency.
You will play a pivotal role in the running of the Build Programmes, overseeing suppliers and Build Partners, while cultivating strong and balanced relationships and embracing challenges.
At the heart of this role lies leadership and unwavering responsibility for your Build Programmes and Fibre Build Leads.
A genuine passion for constructing exceptional FTTP Networks is essential, alongside the ability to adeptly lead teams and Build Partners towards achieving remarkable results, all while aligning with business goals and timelines.
