Five days between Monday-Sunday. Shifts 11-7.
£28,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000).
With broadband speeds of up to 2000 Mbps, new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and costing no more than current internet packages, customer growth is expected to be exponential. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our values and engaging with communities to generate leads and promote the benefits of Connect Full Fibre. Through door-to-door outreach, events, and community initiatives, you’ll raise brand awareness and help grow our customer base. You will support our Telesales and Marketing Teams and will be key to the success of Connect Fibre.
Introduce our fibre broadband services clearly and professionally.
- Communicating hot leads to Tele-sales and sales teams.
- Represent the brand positively at all times.
Events & Community Engagement:
- Host local events, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
- Weekend working availability expected.
Accurately record leads and activity using CRM or mobile apps.
Provide daily/weekly activity updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
Capture insights from the field (competitor activity, customer feedback, objections).
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous door-to-door, field sales, fundraising, or promotions experience.
- Local area knowledge.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of quality leads generated.
