Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Home (4-bed)

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Salary: Base £53,000, rising to £60,800 with performance-related bonuses

About the Role

We’re seeking a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead a new 4-bed children’s home in Haverhill. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a fresh service and make a lasting impact on young lives aged 11–17 with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of care
