Benefits:

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our existing children’s residential home in N1 area of London. You will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained in line with Ofsted requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the residential home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and company policies, preparing for inspections and driving continuous improvement
- Manage and develop staff, fostering a supportive team culture and delivering regular supervisions and performance reviews
- Oversee care planning and ensure that individual needs of children are met effectively
- Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and resources efficiently
- Work closely with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to support children’s wellbeing and development
- Share on-call responsibilities with the Delivery Manager as required
Person Specification:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in residential child care, preferably with children who have Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Ofsted standards and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
