What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Someone with previous Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care, ideally running a branch with over 1,200 hours of care per week, and a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Branch Development: A proven track record of building up a branch in terms of hours, as we aim to grow our operations and potentially expand to a second branch.
- Confidence and Independence: A confident individual who can work independently but recognises when to seek support.
- Quality and Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality and compliance processes and CQC standards with an aim to achieve “Outstanding” in their next CQC visit, and they’re looking for a Registered Manager to take ownership of this goal.
- Tech Savvy and Forward-Thinking: Focused on improving our operations through better technology utilisation, so familiarity with relevant tools is essential.
- Local Presence: As the role is office-based, they are looking for someone local to ensure visible leadership and engagement with their team.
Key Responsibilities:
