We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a small, four-bed children’s home in Nottingham. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee care in line with legislation, Ofsted standards, and best practice.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team.
- Manage safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance.
- Handle admissions, discharges, rotas, and reporting.
- Liaise with external agencies, commissioners, and professionals.
- Contribute to service development and on-call duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience managing or supervising in a children’s residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards).
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
