Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours/week)

Salary: £54,000 per annum (up to £64,000 with bonuses)

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a small, four-bed children’s home in Doncaster. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee care in line with legislation, Ofsted standards, and best practice.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team.
  • Manage safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance.
  • Handle admissions, discharges, rotas, and reporting.
  • Liaise with external agencies, commissioners, and professionals.
  • Contribute to service development and on-call duties as required.

Requirements

  • Experience managing or supervising in a children’s residential setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards).
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
