A leading renewable energy company in London is seeking an experienced administrator to assist the trade confirmations team in their daily operations and activities. The successful candidate will be providing support to three different areas of the business and therefore need to be professional, accurate and efficient in your daily responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for deal entry support to the traders across all products.
  • Provide Trade entry support to the Renewables certificates team.
  • Provides Pricing support to the Trading Team across a wide variety of standard and non-standard products.
  • Liaise with Trade control and Risk to reconcile/resolve and deal entry issue or P&L discrepancies.
  • Look at ways to improve trading processes and work with management to implement these changes.

Ideal qualifications, skill sets and experience:

  • Administration experience in a busy corporate work environment essential.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience working for an energy business in the UK highly advantageous.
  • Confident professional work ethic, responsible for own decisions.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and ideally VBA.
