The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring it operates in line with Ofsted regulations and delivers exceptional care to children and young people. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a residential children's home.
- Providing leadership, supervision and support to the staff team.
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care and compliance.
- Managing care planning and ensuring positive outcomes for young people.
- Preparing for Ofsted inspections and Regulation 44 visits.
